2 sessions (2 hours each) over 2 weeks in the evening (GMT+1)
Tuesday 22 September 2026 7pm - 9pm UK BST (GMT+1)
Tuesday 29 September 2026 7pm - 9pm UK BST (GMT+1)
Please note there’s 2 courses running on the same day, but you cannot switch - either choose mornings or evenings
Who is this for?
Those who are relatively new to synodality. It does not presume any prior knowledge. Perhaps you have had a little bit of experience of synodality and want to know more. Or perhaps you are already very experienced in synodality and would appreciate the opportunity to be in conversation with others who are keen to explore synodality.
It is a good starting point for those who may then choose to go on to do our Facilitating Conversations in the Spirit course (but not a requirement).
Outcomes:
A clear and accessible understanding of synodality and its importance for the Church today
Greater awareness of the attitudes and dispositions that support synodal life
Increased confidence to engage in synodal processes in your own context
Connection with others who share a desire to grow in synodality
Practical Requirements:
All of our Synodality formation and training courses are online (via Zoom) and so therefore require a functioning camera and microphone. It is also helpful your displayed name is your actual name.
The two sessions are part of a series so please do attend them both.
These are free sessions offered by the School for Synodality.
Please check the times carefully especially if you are in a different time zone to the UK. These sessions are not recorded.
Please note: this is a two-part series. You only need to sign up once for access to the two sessions. The single Zoom link you will receive will work for the duration of the series.
